Description

The 16-cavity automotive wire harness seal mold is designed for high-efficiency LSR injection molding of precision silicone seals used in automotive electrical systems. It adopts a cold runner system to achieve flash-free molding and eliminate raw material waste. Each cavity is engineered for long service life, ensuring stable output with minimal maintenance. 

This mold can be perfectly integrated with the TYM-W555 injection molding machine and the robotic arm, enabling automatic demolding and part processing. As a result, a fully automated production line can be established.
