With routine cleaning and maintenance, our production molds are built for [1,000,000+] shots. Actual life depends on the steel, the LSR grade (filled or abrasive grades wear faster) and how well the mold is maintained.
The mold is cleaned, rust-proofed, wrapped and packed in a wooden export crate with lifting points marked. We ship by sea, air or express, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and other export documents.
